Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how cancellations, withdrawals, and refunds work for purchases made through reclaim.sh (the "Service"). The Service is provided by GASPNTRADER.

Payments for paid subscriptions may be processed by Paddle, which acts as Merchant of Record for eligible transactions. Where Paddle processes your purchase, your transaction is also subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms and Paddle's Refund Policy.

1. Refunds and withdrawal rights

Where Paddle is the Merchant of Record, refunds, cancellations, and any applicable withdrawal rights are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms, Paddle's Refund Policy, and applicable consumer protection laws.

If applicable law gives you a right to withdraw from your purchase within a statutory period, including a 14-day withdrawal period where required by law, that right will apply.

Nothing in this Policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country, state, or region.

2. Subscription cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Unless otherwise required by applicable law or Paddle's policies, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again for future renewals.

Cancelling a subscription does not automatically create a refund for charges already paid, except where a refund is available under Paddle's Refund Policy or applicable law.

3. How to request a refund

If your purchase was processed by Paddle, you should request a refund through Paddle using the link in your receipt, the subscription management link, or Paddle support.

If you contact us directly about a Paddle-processed transaction, we may redirect you to Paddle or assist by providing the information needed to locate the transaction.

4. Access after refund

If a refund is issued for a paid subscription or other paid access, your access to the relevant paid features may be suspended or terminated.

5. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on reclaim.sh and will apply from the effective date shown on this page.
